The Therapy Home, LLC offers direct-pay as well as resources to help you navigate your personal insurance.
The Therapy Home, LLC does not accept insurance directly at this time. Even with private-pay fees, you may still be eligible for reimbursement if your insurance provides out-of-network benefits. Please check your benefits with your insurance provider. If your card has PPO, POS, or out-of-network written on it, you are likely eligible for partial or full reimbursement from your insurance provider. The Therapy Home, LLC can provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance provider on a regular basis or upon request. Simple Practice is the service The Therapy Home, LLC uses to generate a Superbill. Simple Practice is a secure and HIPAA compliant service. When you speak to your insurance provider, ask what percentage they will cover for the following codes with a Licensed Professional Counselor:

Out-of-network service fees for idividual sessions range from $125-$165 per therapy session. The Therapy Home, LLC provides a sliding scale for treatment and is also able to develop a treatment package for you. It is recommended that clients attend at least 3 consecutive weeks to establish a rapport and direction for treatment before reducing meetings to a biweekly or monthly cadence.
All fees are billed through Simple Practice which accepts most major credit cards.
